SJCP celebrated Homecoming beginning the day with a Pep Rally that included games between the classes, with the Freshmen class winning the competition. At halftime of the football game, the 2023 Homecoming Court was announced and the King and Queen, James Roupe and Maya Graham were crowned. The cheerleaders along with the fans cheered the Viking Football team on to a 28-25 victory over Fairmont Heights High School.
